Rev. Dr. William Keller - Vacancy Pastor

Hello, I’m Rev. Dr. William L. Keller.  I’m a retired LCMS pastor living in the Twin Cities suburbs, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to walk with this congregation during its time of transition. When I’m not serving, I enjoy reading, listening to podcasts, working out, following sports, and a great cup of coffee. These simple pastimes help me stay centered, curious, and open to the world around me.

My ministry is shaped by a desire to be present with people, to listen, to encourage, and to offer a calm and steady place for faith to grow. In seasons of change, I believe one of the greatest gifts we can offer each other is patient companionship. I look forward to getting to know you and sharing this journey together.

 Office Volunteer - HELP WANTED

After our long-time office manager, Brenda Larson, retired in April 2018, and our office volunteer, Jessica Anderson, has moved with her family to another area, we are currently looking for volunteers to fill in and help with office work.  If you have basic office skills and are interested in learning how to support the ministries of Ascension in an administrative way, please contact your lay minister or the congregational president for more information.  Office hours are flexible and can be discussed to see what works best for you.  In the meantime you can always call (952-890-3412) and leave a message if you have a question for Ascension's leadership.   E-mail is also a great way to contact the congregational leadership.
